If you haven’t had a chance to attend one before, at these meetings you will be able to hear inspirational local people talk about what makes this place special to them, and about new initiatives, developments and success stories from the people that are making them happen. Alongside this you will be able to meet colleagues and build networks with people from a range of different sectors that will benefit you and the county.
Following the event proper, there will be an opportunity for complementary tour of the state-of-the-art 35,000 sq ft facility - the home of British watchmaking and at the forefront of the revival of this historically British craft.

Bremont operates the only end-to-end watch manufacture in the UK, from 'The Wing' in Henley - the first industrial watchmaking facility built in Great Britain for generations. Skilled watchmakers assemble every watch with focus and precision, ensuring each watch meets the highest standards, and all are 100% mechanical.Founded in 2002, the company is growing significantly, opening 'The Wing' in 2021 and can now produce up to 50,000 watches annually.

David has built a truly enduring British engineering company from the ground up, covering all aspects of the business. He has driven and managed the transition of E3D from start-up to multi award-winning SME with global influence and is seen within the industry as one of the true entrepreneurs of 3D printing.
Claire Snowdon

Claire Snowdon is an experienced international business growth adviser, accredited export communications consultant and cross-cultural communications specialist with over 35 years of international exposure and operational leadership experience. Claire has lived & worked extensively in the USA, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Far East where she developed her international business and cultural expertise.
She has run overseas offices supporting manufacturing and operations for both UK and US textiles and fashion apparel companies in Portugal, Israel, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and South China and has a proven track record of business growth, cost and cycle time reduction and the building of motivated cross-functional and inter-cultural teams. Claire is now an International Trade Adviser with the Department for Business & Trade and supports Retail & Consumer UK SMEs to develop their international presence and grow export sales.
Davide Cerrato

One of the best known names in the watch industry with a global reputation, Davide joined Bremont as CEO and a member of the Board in May 2023. Bolstering Bremont’s in-house capabilities, Davide brings with him 23 years of watchmaking experience in branding, product design and development, supply-chain management and production. Davide has a proven track record, having worked with some of the most notable brands in the watch industry including Tudor, Montblanc and Panerai.
